Cancellation Policy
- What is your policy on subscription cancellations? The decision to cancel will impact the next quarterly billing cycle, we will issue a refund for the current quarter so long as you cancel in the first 7 days
- Are there any penalties or fees for early cancellation? You will receive a full refund for the current quarter as long as you terminate in the first 7 days
- How much notice do clients need to give for cancellations? We do not need advance notice, but if they terminate after the 7th day of the quarter, the cancellation will become active at the beginning of the next quarter
Refund Policy
- What is your refund policy for the one-time setup fee and subscription fees? The setup fee is not refundable once the first draft of the media kit has been delivered. The subscription fee refunds are outlined above.
- Under what circumstances are refunds provided? As long as cancellation happens on time, we do not need an explanation for refund.
Changes to Subscription Tiers
- How often can clients change their subscription tiers? Client can request to change their subscription tier at any time. How should we handle scenarios where we the quarter has already started but they are now changing tiers? We also need to account for if we’ve already successfully booked podcasts for our clients.
- Are there any restrictions or fees associated with changing tiers? no
Additional Bookings
- How is the process for adding additional bookings managed? You can add them on in the Luminary Voices management app.
- Are there any limits to how many additional bookings a client can request in a given period? No, but if we are not able to fulfill the requests we reserve the right to refund these additional bookings.
Payment Terms
- What are the accepted payment methods? Muskan, can you please help here?
- When are payments due? Payments are due at the start of the service or the beginning of each quarter
- Are there any late fees or penalties for missed payments? For subscriptions there is a 10% penalty if payment is received more than 7 days after the beginning of the quarter
Service Delivery
- What is the expected timeframe for booking the podcasts? This is unpredictable.. Some podcasts are booked far in advance while others can happen sooner.. Our service is based on booking the podcast and not billed on when the show airs or the interview happens.. Our service is successful when we make the introduction handoff to the podcast
- How do you handle any delays or failures in booking? We will give refunds

- Are there any guidelines or restrictions on the type of content or conduct expected from clients during podcast appearances?
